@mcuban Oh, and this was not first come first serve as the law suggests. Some have had applications submitted for three weeks without a word on them and others applied last week and have been funded. It’s a total crapshoot with no visibility or feedback

@mcuban Lots of 1099 employees are not sophisticated businesses. Banks wanting them to have separate accounts, LLCs paperwork, DBAs, and the like are causing applications to get kicked for incompleteness. Most don’t have back offices and expensive accountants and lawyers on speed dial.
