I really hate how introverted I am sometimes. 90% of the time it isn't an issue but when it comes to business meetings I realize how truly introverted I actually am. Being a "public figure" is like wearing an extrovert mask over my introverted self. The internal struggle is real.
Don't get me wrong, I love my fans and the support you all show me. I love doing what I do with making content for everyone but when it comes to dealing with the "business" side of YouTubing is when my introverted side really comes out. Makes me want to go hide in my shell.

I feel this.
Streaming used to be my extroverted activity.
Idk what changed over the last 2 years but, now, hitting that "Go Live" button is real hard because I just can't/don't wanna deal - get anxious.
Shit's awful.
Hope you find a way through it, man.

This past 2 years as really not been good for introverts like ourselves because the world has shifted towards communicating as introverts so we get content with our lifestyle so when you're forced to be an extrovert it's even harder now. Hope you find a good outlet too man! <3

Only downside of being well known...Im an introvert as well but i like going out..i know that doesn't make sense. But im not the type for parties or social gatherings very much. Sometimes you gotta say fuck it and just get out there.
@BayAreaBuggs
I’m with you. Especially with the meetings part, if I had one with someone who’s really extroverted, my brain just stutters and makes it hard to be extroverted and have my points when I need them. Doctor Jordan Peterson is the guy to go to, helps a lot with how to grow out.

Man, I feel this. Especially working at a grocery store and racing and playing games with streamers. And the first time I raced outcast, seeing all the people I watched and interacted with showed how truly introverted I am. All though, the more I talked and interacted 1/2
@BayAreaBuggs
It’s definitely hard to deal with for me. I’m not someone with a friend group or someone who can just spark a conversation at random. I’ve gotten to the point where I’m comfortable in my shell but sometimes I wonder what it’s like to be extroverted
@BayAreaBuggs
I totally get ya….I do find it holds me back sometimes and I feel I have to force myself to be more extrovert and I hate it…..if I had a choice I’d stay away and keep people at arms length….I even find it annoying on the phone and Skype etc lol
@BayAreaBuggs
I think I can relate to that. As a bus driver in a small community it takes most of my energy to keep up a happy face and to be helpful.
Family and friends often don't get why I don't socialize after work.
When I am at work I keep up a facade. Off from work I keep to myself.
@BayAreaBuggs
I am a small creator myself. And i love creating content. But what i hate is pushing myself to create video after video after video and not taking time off for a mental health brake
@BayAreaBuggs
Hey, I always look at like this, pardon my music brain. Singers are extraverts and can entertain an entertain an entire stadium of people, but 9 out of 10 times everyone is singing the words written by an introvert.
