@BanfieldonNN Being Defense does not object To demolition, the same Err of Confidence can be assumed; Defense being so confident in their case, the house has no relevance in proving their case. This assumption has to go both ways on the issue

@BanfieldonNN With the advent of FARO cameras, 3D scanners etc. The jury can be in the room virtually and see it with evidence "present", if the judge allows
