CDC’s tracker changed last year, it’s now showing deaths by date of death. This means the last 8 weeks are always incomplete. The figure for January 20 in your screenshot will be higher after the next update.

It keeps winnowing down voters on one side of the spectrum and I find I'm sort of okay with that.

I had to go to get neurological tests today in a good sized building. I saw maybe 25 people; my face was the only one with a mask. 🤷🏻♀️
