There is a different police department for this unincorporated area (

), but he’s the Mayor. That’s how it works in my city. And … one of his cousins gave me his name.

His cousin told me he was the Mayor. We have unincorporated areas in our city, and that applies for police jurisdiction. The Mayor, is still the Mayor for them all.

Kailee came to fight and threw the first punch. It was self defense. You don't stop fighting in the middle of a fight, you keep fighting until your opponent either can't continue or won't continue.

After seeing the fight it did not look like Kailee was ganged up on.
It looked like a 1v1 fair fight that she willingly participated at least from the video anyways.
Bashing her head on the ground was certainly too far and may end up a manslaughter charge if she dies but going…
