The main stage, Deku vs Shigaraki, was reduced to 90% still frames and a severe lack of impact when the episode did move. The episode wasn't all bad, but the parts that mattered most to me fell utterly and entirely flat.

What is being cut isn't "useless" or "filler". It's stuff that made us love MVA. It's worldbuilding and important character interactions that developed the leagues relationships, and got us invested in their success as the protags of the arc. Spinner has been gutted.

Deku didn't use 100%. The implication of this page is that instead of relying on brute force, Deku's full power includes using his additional quirks as tools in addition to power stockpile. We can probably expect an improvement in MHA's choreography with this change in mindset

Bakugo was saved in Chapter 1 with rain pouring, and died in Chapter 362 with rain pouring. I have a feeling this will be a direct reference upon Deku's arrival to 'Be not defeated by the Rain', the inspiration for his name.
