It absolutely is. Top tier adoption with meaningful use from both grassroot builders and large entities, best tech, strong reliability track record, large brand awareness, solid media coverage, high social media engagement. The blindspot is massive.

@ArthurB is there any kind of integration with EVM-chains (e.g. bridges), or is it its own world? do you think not going the solidity/EVM route hurt developer adoption? was a buyer at ICO, but lost interest since 2021..

@omnifient Yes, you can use the plenty bridge. Tezos predates the launch of the EVM, and lack of EVM hasn't hindered Solana. You can program in python and typescript like language on Tezos. There's also an incoming EVM rollup, but the future isn't EVM.

@_Bitcoin_Pirate @CryptoPaulWu Try to find ways to better understand and address the blindspot but, in parallel, keep making Tezos more relevant until the perception gap is so absurd that something snaps.

@ArthurB I think tezos needs more high tps volume applications, that's just not that present. I also think money is better spent on getting a great couple of new developer teams that have done stuff on Eth instead of projects like Oneof or Dogami, which largely feel like marketingโ€ฆ

@ArthurB What is the most exciting unique thing being built on Tezos? Something not on other chains

@kokichi244 Segmentation. The high social engagement comes in large part from the artist community, but tech influencers on CT will write articles like "the top 20 rollup solutions of 2023" and not mention Tezos.

@ArthurB it lacks vibes. Tech is irrelevant. Social media engagement is meaningless if it's not from cool people.

@ArthurB What's really missing from Tezos is a really compelling XTZ-native stable. I thing your idea re: CHF was interesting, and there's a gap in the market now that USDC lost it's shine after it's depeg. Anyone building it?

@ArthurB Can we look at any reasons that projects (sometimes large projects ) left who were building here? If that had nt happened the grassroots growth would be much larger. Announcements were made yet nothing is being built to use.

@ArthurB Seems like it has solid usage (only crypto I use), it works, and transaction costs are low. But for some reason it's not great at storing value like ethereum. Not sure why investors aren't holding.

@ArthurB Also Ethereum has a high end newsletter that constantly pushes ethereum products as recommendations. Perhaps this type of โ€œmarketingโ€ for tezos (it isnt chain agnostic but does favor ethereum heavily) Iโ€™m not a huge fan of this , however itโ€™s a liquidity pump every month for eth
