First you need an exchange to launch your IEO. Maybe if you give one of the shady low volume ones, they might list yours.

I imagine that exactly this sentence is written in those private chats before someone has to come up with some fancy new wording games aka „decentralized-super-sharding-privacy-network for smart money“. Then a quick one-pager and let‘s raise 30 mln for a 3% stake 👏🏽
