@AfricaACSS What's needed is dialogue & opportunities! Youth in the West have no time to enlist onto rebel groups; they are busy working & earning! That's what #African youth need! But @G7 prefer to invest in ageing despots to fight their wars while these oppress youth more! Its a circle!!
