NOW: Branch Ave. in Providence is at it again. Completely flooded at Route 146 and drivers are having to detour. This is a known problem spot during storms. @wpri12

@AdrianaRozas @wpri12 what really needs to be addressed before anyone blames the city or state DOT is Narragansett Bay Commission. They own ton's of drainage systems throughout the state, in every city and town, and are not doing their job. So someone please investigate them. These guys from the city…

@AdrianaRozas @kathyprojo @wpri12 One day RIDOT will hire someone with drainage expertise. To date, they definitely haven’t. 1” of rain and everything floods. Meanwhile in MA the roads are dry.
