The article says there was a notice sent out before the exam that included appropriate attire. Still, having this happen to you before an exam is distracting and I’m sure lowered the female candidates focus... and grades.

This is a coed testing site that sent notices that women have to wear sleeveless clothes. So the school is saying that only women cheat. The college should be lucky the families are merely protesting for forcibly cutting their daughters' clothes. That's a lawsuit.
