It's individual, and while it may primarily be one or the other for men vs. women, it is not exclusively so. I'm lucky too, mine is gorgeous.

I think part of it is that men are encouraged to choose partners they're actually attracted to whereas women are called shallow for even bringing it up

I think we all find our partner naked more attractive than they think they are. Basically more nudity and talking a good game for future plans (and delivering on them) is the way to go for a happier world. 😁
