@sheilagregoire I wonder what he would think of my situation? I am type 1 diabetic. I was diagnosed in 1978 when I was 5 years old. Back in that time, many young women (myself including) were forcibly sterilized as teenagers. My fallopian tubes were surgically removed (1

@914Ann @sheilagregoire I'm sorry you had that experience. I was dx in 86 at age 10 and I was pressured to have a baby early. I waited until I was 33 & married & had a rough but successful pregnancy. I hope young T1D women now aren't being forced into either sterilization or early motherhood.
